Off-the-shelf tools are great when your business fits the shape they were designed for. When it doesn't, I start from what you actually need and build from there. You shouldn't have to edit your business to match a website.
Schema markup, cache strategy, how the data is shaped, what runs on the server vs. the edge — none of it shows up in a screenshot, all of it decides whether Google sends you traffic and whether the site still feels fast at 2x your current size. That's the part you're really hiring me for.
